With the OmniTouch Unified Communication, you have a solution that is flexible, intelligent, reliable, and open. It interfaces to Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Web Access, IBM Lotus Notes, iNotes, mobile phones, wireless PDAs, or any kind of phone for voice access.

It is based on the latest Internet standards and technologies such as Java (J2EE), XML/SOAP, Web services, VoiceXML, SIP, RTP and RTSP, making it compatible with existing and future IP multimedia networks. It has the flexibility to integrate with third-party applications including portals, videoconferencing, contact centers, CRM applications, and business applications.

My Messaging
My Messaging is a unified messaging application with a single multimedia mailbox for all messages, including voice, email, or fax, and advanced notification agents and filters for handling urgent messages. The VoiceXML-based solution comes complete with automated attendant services.

My Phone
My Phone is a powerful PC telephony application that is designed to make you more efficient by integrating your PC and telephony into a single, easy-to-use tool. In your office or off-site, using a web interface, any multi-media PC with VoIP capability, and Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes, you have access to all your business telephony services – calls, call transfer, conference calls, directories, and more.

My Assistant
My Assistant gives you one number capability so people don't have to second-guess which number will reach you – one phone number is all they ever need to reach you, no matter where you are. It allows you to screen and route calls: when you’re visiting a customer, for example, you can define which calls are allowed to interrupt (emergency, VIP, family) or which calls are routed to your cell phone, business phone, home phone or voicemail.

My Teamwork
My Teamwork is a virtual meeting room. It offers audio conferencing facilities with interaction to data conferencing and video conferencing. It includes instant messaging and buddy lists with presence management, so that remote meetings are as disciplined and effective as physical ones.
